Getting advice of elevators and escalators

Whether you have an old building with no lifts or escalators, too few lifts or escalators, old lifts or elevators or you are building a new building and need advice on what to add you should go to an elevator and escalator consultant. There is a science to planning the elevators and escalators in a building they must be added in the right places and in the right quantities to maximize efficiency also the sizes of lifts and width of escalators is important. A consultant will be able to advise you on how to plan for peaks in traffic here elevators and escalators get busy and in certain building types how to use escalators especially to increase income either for you or your tenants. This is mainly the case in shopping malls, you will probably add escalators because most malls do have them, but why do they when they have lifts as well? Escalators give a much more natural flow and make it an easier decision to go up or down to a different floor. With elevators people will be more likely to only go up or down when they need to or once they have finished on one floor because of having to wait for the lift. With an escalator though you can decide when and at which points you want people to go up and down escalators and if they are going a few floors how to maximize the chance of them seeing a shop or product they might but while traveling.
