Experience
Prior to joining Solucore Inc. Mr. McKinley worked for two international
elevator companies in the following capacities:
- 13 years as a Senior Account manager for new installations
- 10 years as a Senior Account Manager for maintenance and modernizations
- 6 years as a Branch/Location Manager
Mr. McKinley has extensive project supervision, site inspection, contract
negotiation and dispute resolution experience. He is an experienced
provider of maintenance, modernization and new construction specifications.
Mr. McKinley participated in numerous projects including Bentall
Centre, Toronto-Dominion Centre, First Canadian Place, University
of Toronto , Toronto Eaton’s Centre. He has inspected hundreds
of elevators and escalators for clients including TrizecHahn,
Marathon , Oxford , Universal Studios, Cadillac Fairview, Standard
Life, Del Properties, GPM, Minto, H & R Developments, Brookfield
Residential and Sun Life.
He has played major roles in the development, engineering, tendering,
and supervision relating to the vertical transportation systems
for projects in Vancouver and Toronto
