a licensed elevator consulting firm, Solucore carries out independent
services like elevator and escalator maintenance inspections where we
review the quality of the maintenance and critique the work based on
observations, measurements and performance. We also conduct reserve
fund studies on the elevating devices to help the asset managers prepare
for upgrades.
While maintenance is a core function, it is not our only one. We have
performed numerous elevator accident investigations where we determine
the cause of the problem and suggest remedies based on our evaluation.
More significant than our investigation is our contribution to the team
effort which ultimately helps the property manager return the elevating
device back into service. We also take pride in our ability to evaluate
insurance claims efficiently and effectively. Our unique perspective
and creativeness to solutions are also helpful with elevator insurance
claims.
We also create and provide specification documents for maintenance,
construction, modernizations, demolition and service. Our specifications
are also unique because of the focus on performance, ride quality, schedules,
non-performance, equipment provided, equipment refurbishment, delay
of project, to name a few.
